Overseas teams will arrive at (and leave from) Auckland Airport or, in the case of Australian teams possibly to (and from) Hamilton Airport. Team organisers please note that New Zealand Bridge will provide free bus transport for your team from Auckland or Hamilton Airports to the Kingsgate Hotel, Hamilton, for flights arriving on Thursday May 20th and Friday May 21st 2010 only. Teams or players arriving outside these times will need to make their own ground transport arrangements to Hamilton. In order to make use of this service, a link will be provided on this website after nominations close (30th January 2010) for you to advise us of flight details and names of passengers. You will receive acknowledgement of your request for transportation by return email. On arrival at these airports, your flights will be met and appropriate busses provided. A return bus service will also be offered from the Kingsgate Hotel to Auckland or Hamilton Airports on Monday 31st May 2010 only. Please note that the free bus service to the venue will only be offered to those who have correctly submitted the official request for transportation through this website by 30th April 2010.
This web-site provides details of the official hotels providing accommodation in Hamilton. Team organisers or captains wishing to make a reservation for these hotels should do so through this website rather than directly to the hotel. A link will be provided after nominations have closed on the 31st of January. Please follow this link and answer all questions. You will receive confirmation of your hotel reservations and further information needed by email. Please note that while every effort will be made to accommodate your first choice, this may not always be possible. In addition most New Zealand hotels have very few smoking rooms available.
